Spruce Creek Civil Engineering is pleased to introduce Briarwood, located in the City of Alachua. The Briarwood subdivision consists of 229 lots that were constructed over three phases. The project uniquely features a Low Impact Development stormwater system with integrated trail network. Almost every single-family lot backs up to a green space adding to the suburban and rural character of the area.
Spruce Creek Civil Engineering is pleased to introduce Cadence Park Two, located in Seminole County. The Cadence Park Two subdivision consists of 109 lots to be constructed over two phases. The project uniquely features a reuse irrigation stormwater system providing onsite irrigation needs from the stormwater ponds. A 6-acre wetland has been preserved to provide natural habitat within the project.
Spruce Creek Civil Engineering is pleased to introduce the Diamondback Industrial Complex located in the City of Cocoa. This industrial manufacturing facility is comprised of two buildings totaling 210,000 square feet and is the home to Diamondback's new marine division. The project uniquely features a conservation area to preserve a natural wetland and upland habitat within the project.
